Shipping Locations: We currently ship to addresses within the United Arab Emirates. If you are not located in one of these areas and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Shipping Methods: We offer several shipping methods to choose from, depending on your needs and budget. The available shipping methods for your order will be displayed during checkout.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are AED20.00.

Local Shipments within the UAE: Shipping will take 1 to 3 working days to arrive.

Customs/Duties & VAT: For orders outside of the UAE, we will only charge for the shipping fees at checkout. Customs/Duties & VAT (if any) will be charged by the courier at the receiving country.

Delivery Issues: If you encounter any issues with the delivery of your order, such as a delayed or lost shipment, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Exchange & Return: Policy Follows Article 5 of UAE Federal No 24 of 2006. Product must be in original condition to warrant a return or exchange. Return or Exchange must occur within 7 days of purchase. Orders made by Credit Card will only be refunded to your credit card and can take up to 2-3 weeks for processing
